Self-cleaning design – working automatically
The construction of these types of separators make possible a continuous operation due to the automated, partial discharge of solids during operation. This ensure uninterrupted processing of the feed material. The frequency of the chemical circulation cleaning process (CIP cleaning) of the separator is dependant on the values of the feed material and the separation result demand. The programmable automated CIP cleaning will ensure the cleanliness of all process contact parts without time-consuming manual cleaning. Such separators are suitable for use in complex processing systems.
Clarifying separators – self-cleaning:
Clarifying separators are used to clarify liquid product for the food and beverage industry, e.g. for the clarification of beers, fruit juices, red and white wines. With the clarifying separators, liquid-solid mixtures are separated into a liquid product and a solid phase. The liquid product is discharge continuously in a close system during operation. The clarifiers are suitable for use in complex systems. A standard separators can be used wherever the solids content in the liquid is not greater than 2% and has a density of a maximum of 1.3 g / cm³.
